At Gymreapers, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the best tools for your training. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; items must be in new, unworn condition to be eligible for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
